All prices listed are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable taxes. All prices, dates, and any details are always subject to change without any notice and subject to verification by Ink Studios.
PAYMENT TERMS
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We arrange shipping through Canada Post and Fedex. The client is responsible for any and all charges incurred in packaging and shipping of all proofs, prints, original artwork and other media. Ink Studios will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. Any and all claims should be directed to the shipping company. All packages shipped from Ink Studios do not carry any additional insurance unless requested by client through e-mail, fax or letter. For more information on shipping click SHIPPING>.
TURN AROUND TIME
Normal turn-around time varies between 48 hours and 10 working days, depending on service requested, order complexity and volume. Ink Studios will quote a time line when we confirm your initial order. Please allow extra time for large orders or for orders involving sending proofs between client and Ink Studios. Rush orders are available at extra charge. Please contact us for rush order quotes.
STUDIO RENTALS
Anyone renting photography studio space must be at least18 years of age, sign a rental form, and provide a valid identification. Any damages caused by the renting party or any of their members, friends or clients to the premises or any equipment shall remain the sole responsibility of the renter.
MEDIA SUBMISSION LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Submitting any film, print, slide, negative, digital image, or original artwork to Ink Studios for scanning or other handling constitutes an agreement by the client that any damage or loss by Ink Studios, its subsidiary, or agents, even due to negligence or other fault by Ink Studios, its subsidiary, or agents will only entitle the client to the replacement with the like amount of unexposed film, digital media, chemistry, processing or raw material. Except for replacement, acceptance of the film, print, media, slide, negative, digital image, or original art is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
COPYRIGHT CONCERNS
All images received and/or printed by Ink Studios will be held with strict confidentiality. Ink Studios will not print, distribute or showcase, any submitted images without the explicit permission of the client or client's authorized agent. If you wish, your digital files can be purged from our archives after use. Ink Studios returns all copyrights of images to the artists of origin.

All orders, must be processed with a 50% deposit. Deposit is payable upon the confirmation of order by Cheque, Visa, Cash or online on this site with the secure PayPal credit transaction window. Please make cheques payable to Ink Studios. Your job will be held until the deposit is received. Please use our price list to estimate deposit and order amount or contact us for a quick quote using our estimate form. Deposit is based on 50% cost as it appears on price sheet. Any applicable shipping costs and taxes will appear on final invoice. We will email or fax your final invoice. Final prints, scans and photographs will not be mailed until final payment is received. Final payment can be made by prepayment during deposit, COD, VISA, and personal cheque or money order. When making final payment by cheque or money order, we will not ship until we have received your cheque. |

If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products or services, Ink Studios will listen and do all we can to make it right. If you're still dissatisfied, simply return the products to Ink Studios within 10 days of the final transaction, and we will gladly give you a full refund for the cost of the product plus any services rendered.
