We can ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. Unless otherwise specified we ship proofs and small media, through Canada Post Express using their tracking service. We use Fedex for large and finished prints. The client is responsible for any and all charges incurred in packaging and shipping of all proofs, prints, original artwork and other media.

Ink Studios will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. Any and all claims should be directed to the shipping company. All packaged shipped from Ink Studios do not carry any additional insurance unless requested by client through e-mail, fax, letter or order form.

Prints 11x14 inches and smaller will be packaged using stiff cardboard envelopes with archival paper dividing each print. Any prints larger then 11x14 will be shipped in cardboard mailing tubs using archival paper between each print and at each end of the tube.

To protect your submitted film, digital media, prints or original artwork Ink Studios will package all submissions and any finished studio products using our high quality standards. Following is a list of our common packaging prices. Of course, if possible we will first reuse your sent packaging to save money and the environment. If used, the below packaging prices are added together with any shipping charges to your final invoice.
